I'm sure many of you have read Seth Godin's book The Purple Cow... and if you haven't you should. It's short, sweet and straight to the point - as well as cleverly written for my scattered brain.
One of the main 'gists' of the book is standing out: when people are passing dozen's of chiropractors... what makes you stand out along the path, for them to keep driving? Think about this deeply, and begin to think about what other businesses you drive past to your destination: other health professionals, churches, parks, shopping centers, etc... What do you aim for and like from each specific destination that justifies not just going to the one right down the street...

Because obviously the reason your patients come to Y-O-U-R office is because you've got their back! :)
