The Golden Key

Take a moment and think about what your dream office looks like:

What type of people are entering your doors, filling the floors, and entrusting you to adjust them? What dream attributes will your potential employee’s have? Define to yourself what your practice looks like, what success means to you, what comfort means for you. What’s successful, beautiful and comfortable for you – will differ from your neighbor; so define success for yourself! Don’t allow someone else to define your personal story of success!

Once you’ve defined what your office will be: focus on the outcome. Focus on what it will take to get there – to have 200 patients a week (or whatever number means success for YOU!), what do you have to do to get there? To be able to visit Africa every quarter – what do you have to earn, to get there? To purchase the dream office, to have the dream employees, etc etc – what will it take?

Finally, once you’ve defined your practice and what is essential to get you to your definition – take action! The “golden key” to success is TAKING MASSIVE ACTION!!!!! – So step it up doc, and allow yourself to become successful!
