Do you patients know why you became a chiropractor? Was there an incident in your life that lead you to a chiropractor and thus began the journey? Did you simply ‘fall into it’? Are you part of a long line of family chiropractors? What. How. When.

 It’s often a shortcoming that we forget to think about – but what draws us to specific doctors – is their personality and their personage. As humans we crave an inter-personal connection, and not just in our romantic partners. In fact marketing research has proven that emotion and personage are key to successful long- term increases.

 Don’t be afraid to get to know your patients – and allow them to get to know you. You may very well become their confidant – their adjusting superhero – their nutrition guru – and more. Creating this link will help them to think of YOU and YOUR practice when someone they know is looking for a chiropractor…or for a lifestyle change… or for headache relief…. etc.

After all, which is better?

Complacent & Bored patients 
or patients that will cheer & root for your success!
