Are they professional, informative and most importantly SUPPORTIVE of you, THE DOCTOR.
If not, why?
How can you believe in your growth if you don't have a team cheering you on!
One way I support my own doc is with "Blair Epis".
(Short uplifting quotes or cheerful reminders, that are waiting for him first thing in the morning.)
Two years of "Blair Epis" and I have yet to run out of ideas...
Because I SUPPORT my doctor and want the absolute success for his office!!
I would highly encourage you to seek your dream team if you don't currently have it.
